Patricia Lyne Artist Statement

​

I was inspired by the watercolorist Jenny Wheatley and have traveled with her and a small group of painters regularly for a number of years.

I love her use of colour and handling of this challenging medium and my goal is to improve my own technique in order to capture, in a small way, the vibrancy, spontaneity and strong colour which Jenny achieves.
