CONDITIONS

• All work must be original, copies are not acceptable.
• Only work by paid up members will be accepted.
• No work to have been previously exhibited in the society’s exhibition will be accepted.
• All work must be framed and mirror plated these should be attached centrally on either side with protecting tape across the screws of the mirror plates
• Maximum of 2 works per member may be submitted with a maximum 90cm x 90cm size restriction
• Entrance £4 per painting
• Register Entry by 1st September 2019 - payment methods will be emailed directly
• Each work must be clearly labelled with a tag long enough to hang on the front of the piece with the artist name Title Medium and Price
• Please note that a 30% commission will be charged so please take this into consideration when pricing
• Although care is taken with all works the Clwydian Art Society cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to work.
• In the event of accidental damage please be aware that insurance of your property is your responsibility
• Details on the entry form cannot be altered once it has been submitted
• Pictures must arrive at Llangollen Tourist Information Centre no later than Wednesday, 25th September 2019
• Collection of unsold works after 15th November 2019
