"A Question of Perspective" - Member Led Session with Kathy Williams

Many of us wrestle with perspective in our drawings and paintings and we are very grateful to Kathy who has agreed to lead a session designed to help members get to grips with this tricky subject.  She will take us through single and double point perspectives and if there is sufficient interest, has offered a session on three point and multiple vanishing point perspectives at a later date.  Kathy will help us with the basic principles and will bring some pictures for members to have a go at (or bring your own).  She suggests that as the vanishing points for our paintings might be beyond the edges of the paper it might be a good idea to bring a board larger than the paper itself so you can mark where it is.  If you do have a large set square and a long ruler please bring them, although Kathy does…
